Thank you for considering me as your provider to assist you in your health journey! I am a board certified Naturopathic doctor licensed in the states of California and Oregon and have the privilege of helping adult patients with their diverse set of wellness goals and health conditions. My mission is to empower my patients to regain and retain their health by utilizing a personalized and holistic approach starting with the foundations of health including nutrition and lifestyle, and with an emphasis on prevention and education.
I strongly believe that when it comes to health and wellness there is no one-size-fits-all. I recognize that each one of us has a unique biology and a unique set of circumstances affecting our health, therefore, our care should be unique too. As a result, after an initial comprehensive visit, I formulate a customized treatment plan for each of my patients.

My clinical focuses are wellness optimization, disease prevention, digestive health, hormone balancing, as well as chronic disease. I offer a wide range of regular and specialty testing to help you find the underlying cause of your symptoms.

My Story
Prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor and as a ​former pharmaceutical engineer, I had the great opportunity of working in the field of nutraceuticals formulations & manufacturing, through which I was introduced to the facinating world of natural medicine and nutrition. This enlightening experience sparked my interest in natural medicine and inspired me to seek higher education in Naturopathic Medicine. Having an engineering mind-set and extensive experience in nutraceuticals formulations, and with the aid of my medical education, I apply a methodical approach when it comes to formulating personalized treatment plans for my patients.

I highly value patient education and enjoy teaching my patients about their health and strategies to achieve optimal wellness. My philosophy in successful patient care is to engage patients in shared decision making when it comes to choosing treatment options. Therefore, when we meet at your visit, expect to receive lots of educational materials as well as information regarding your treatment options, so, we can decide together which care option would be the best for you.
